Two Fifth Avenue

The information on these pages is primarily intended for the use of the shareholders and residents of Two Fifth Avenue, a residential housing cooperative located at 2 Fifth Avenue in the heart of Greenwich Village in the Borough of Manhattan, City of New York. (Click for Directions).

Visitors are, of course, welcome – and may find some of the facts about our building and area useful and interesting. We also provide several links to web sites for further information about cooperative housing, our neighborhood and our city.

The co-op is incorporated in New York State as "Square-Arch Realty Corp." The name is derived from our location (on Washington Square, directly overlooking one of New York's most recognizable landmarks, Washington Arch). On official communications shown on this site (meeting notices, etc.) we will use the corporate name; for all other references we will use the friendlier, Two Fifth designation.
